The job hunter and the job hunted

Ethical dilemma solved. Or, well, sidestepped. Hampton says they'll hire me provided my background check clears — which it will; let's hear it for not having a criminal record!

Also:

I had the most wonderful dream.

96.9 is having a promotion called "The 97 Days of Summer." I wonder if they know they're referencing The 120 Days of Sodom.

i love that quote. it's a little off, though.

Thanks. Make sure you fall and don't get up in Hampton Township. Otherwise you'll end up with some other dude.

(Do you know how the quote's supposed to go, by the way? I figured it had to have something wrong with it, since it came from a stranger's email sig.)

It's from an interview with him, which I've watched on DVD, so I don't remember the exact quote. This one sounds right:

Are you sure you don't have a criminal record, or, like so many professional athletes, are you just simply unaware that you had one?
